Welcome to Weddings.ie (“the Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, where you can browse listings of wedding suppliers (“Suppliers”), and make bookings with those Suppliers. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Weddings.ie operates a platform that connects clients (“Clients” or “you”) with wedding suppliers (“Suppliers”). The Website provides a directory and listing service where Clients can search, browse, and book Suppliers for various wedding-related services. Please note that the contract for services is made directly between the Client and the Supplier.
2. Booking Process

Search and Selection: Clients may use the Website to search for Suppliers based on various criteria such as location, service type, and availability.

Booking: When you book a Supplier through the Website, the booking is made directly between you and the Supplier. You will be asked to provide necessary details such as event date, contact information, and payment information (if applicable) to the Supplier.

Confirmation and Payment: Booking confirmation, payment details, and any further terms will be agreed upon directly between the Client and Supplier. The Website does not handle payments or directly facilitate transactions between the Client and Supplier.
3. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Bookings: Weddings.ie acts solely as an intermediary, providing the platform to facilitate the connection between Clients and Suppliers. We are not a party to any contract or transaction between the Client and Supplier, and we are not responsible for the actions, services, conduct, or performance of any Supplier.

No Warranty for Services: The Website does not guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of any services provided by Suppliers. All agreements, cancellations, changes, and issues regarding services are solely between you and the Supplier.

Indemnity: By using the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Wedfest, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with your booking, use of Supplier services, or breach of these Terms.

Compliance with Supplier Terms: You agree to review and adhere to the specific terms and conditions set forth by each Supplier. All terms regarding payments, cancellations, deposits, and services should be directly discussed with the Supplier.

Respectful Conduct: You agree to interact with Suppliers in a respectful and professional manner. Any issues or disputes regarding the Supplier’s performance should be handled directly with the Supplier.
5. Supplier Listings

Accuracy of Listings: Weddings.ie strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding each Supplier’s listing. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Supplier listings.

Supplier Changes: Suppliers may change their offerings, pricing, or availability, and Weddings.ie is not responsible for any such changes. Clients should always confirm details directly with the Supplier before finalizing bookings.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

Direct Agreement with Supplier: Any cancellations, rescheduling, or refund requests must be made directly with the Supplier. Weddings.ie has no involvement in these matters and is not responsible for handling disputes between you and the Supplier regarding cancellations, payments, or refunds.
